These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, applications, and services provided by SpoofProof USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("SpoofProof," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our service, you agree to these Terms, our End User License Agreement, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create a SpoofProof account. Individuals under eighteen may use the service under an account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the account.
To use SpoofProof, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your name, email address, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at spoofproofcontact@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
SpoofProof is a subscription-based call protection service that operates at the telecom infrastructure level. We intercept and block robocall, spam, and spoofed-number calls before they reach your phone. SpoofProof is a network-based tool and solution that includes a mobile platform utility, installed on your device as a ringer utility. A utility is a specific type of app that enables another app or related system, in this case our network-based blocking and screening system, to function properly and effectively across mobile devices. We generally do not use the word "app" in our language, as that term is too general for what we provide. Detection and filtering happen upstream, within the telecom infrastructure, before a call is presented to your device. The ringer utility also serves as your phone's default dialer, enabling your phone to ring once a verified caller is passed through our system.
SpoofProof offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed at the time of signup. Prices may change, but we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice before any price increase takes effect on your account. Your subscription includes protection for one phone number. Additional numbers may require additional subscriptions.
All payments are processed through PayPal. You may pay using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. A PayPal account is not required to subscribe. By subscribing, you authorize SpoofProof and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the billing schedule of your chosen plan.
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. To ensure you are never surprised by a charge:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-month or partial-year refunds are issued for early cancellation. We believe in full transparency, we are your ally, not a company that profits from forgotten subscriptions.
Our guarantee covers the blocking of robocall, spam, and spoofed-number calls delivered through automated dialing systems. Full guarantee terms, including exclusions, claim procedures, and refund limitations, are described in our EULA, Section 6.
Our guarantee does not cover calls from individual manual dialers, people who personally pick up a phone and dial your number without using any automated system or spoofing technology. These callers are indistinguishable from legitimate callers on any telephone network. This is not a limitation of SpoofProof; it is a reality of how all phone systems work worldwide. SpoofProof is designed for standard personal use. We reserve the right to limit service, apply surcharges, or require an upgraded plan for subscribers whose usage volume exceeds our per-subscriber cost ceiling. Volume thresholds are set at our sole discretion and are based solely on usage volume, no other criteria. We will notify you before any surcharge or upgrade requirement takes effect.
The optional BackFire upgrade allows you to record a custom audio clip that is played to callers identified as spam. You are solely responsible for the content of your BackFire recording. You may not use BackFire to deliver messages that constitute threats, harassment, or illegal content. SpoofProof reserves the right to disable BackFire on any account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the content violates these Terms or applicable law.

All content, technology, trademarks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property associated with SpoofProof are the exclusive property of SpoofProof USA, Inc. You are granted no rights to any SpoofProof intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the service as described in our EULA.
We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. SpoofProof may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, carrier-level disruptions, or events beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of planned maintenance in advance.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the service, submission of fraudulent claims, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect SpoofProof or other subscribers. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.
EXCEPT FOR THE SPECIFIC MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE DESCRIBED IN OUR EULA, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPOOFPROOF'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SPOOFPROOF IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SPOOFPROOF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SpoofProof USA, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SpoofProof shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in the State of Delaware. You and SpoofProof each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or your account dashboard at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our EULA and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SpoofProof regarding your use of the service.
